How is the transportation experience?
We understand after a long flight, our pre-arranged transportation will give you a stress-free experience by helping you load your luggage and provide bottled water. When you leave the baggage claim, walk to the pre-arranged booth and no money needs to be exchanged. At RFA, we simply treat our clients the way we would like to be treated.
- Due to the Pandemic, we have strict COVID-19 Protocols to keep you safe;
1) We have consistent limo drivers. Not random or large group of drivers.
2) Drivers protocol consist of wearing level 3 medical mask, disposible gloves and frequent hand sanitization. Disposable gloves are used because the driver helps carry, load and unload the luggage, and are disposed between each pick-up passenger.
3) Before and After every pick-up: car touch-points, handles, arm rests, seats, headrest, floor, trunk etc. are sanitized with Bleach-free Clorox Disinfectant.
4) Exterior of vehicles are cleaned through Valet Car Wash twice a day.
5) Passengers never sit at the front seat, and with our large Suburbans, there is maximum distance between the driver and the student be transported.
How can I change my arrival date?

Is there any difference between the Micro SIM, Nano SIM and a regular SIM card?
Yes our multi-sim adjust between the 3 sim card sizes.
Do I need to buy a new phone in Canada?
No need! We would suggest you BYOD,(bring your own device.)This means you cellular device must be unlocked in order to work with any SIM provider. It will be your responsibility to ensure you have an unlocked device should you choose to activate a plan.
How do I set up my SIM Card?
Online activation instructions will be provided with their SIM package. Match your plan start date with your arrival date in order to arrive to a airport with a Canadian phone number. You can send automatic setting up automatic payments with a credit card/PayPal/AliPay.
How does payment work?
You will have part of your first month you use called your prorated month and your next full month bill.
How can I pay for my plan once I activate my Sim Card?
