Refund Policy

=== Canadian SIM Card ===
When you purchase a phone SIM card, and it has not arrived, we will refund the cost of the SIM card.
When you purchase a phone SIM card and haven’t yet left for Canada, then we cannot refund the cost of the SIM card because it has already been activated in your name, and we cannot re-use it.

=== Linen ===
If your linen hasn’t been delivered to your residence, we will refund. For sanitary reasons, we cannot return any open box linen.

=== Transportation ===
When you purchase transportation and needed to cancel, a full refund is available only when an email with your Order # is sent to info@readyforarrival.com 72 hours prior to arrival date.
